Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the rental period?

A. The time period for your drop  rental varies. For backyard parties, rental items are USUALLY dropped off on Fridays and picked up on Mondays. Your rental item is not guaranteed for the entire weekend depending on our schedule and weather. Please talk to our staff about an additional fee to guarantee your item for the entire weekend.

Q. Do I need to be home when the equipment is dropped off?

A. If you would like the equipment to be placed in a specific location, it is best to be home at time of delivery, or tell us where you would like us to set up beforehand. As long as we have access to the set up location and access to power, it is not necessary for you to be home at time of delivery or pick up.

Q. Do I have to do anything to prepare the area where the equipment will be set up?

A. The area where you would like the inflatable set up should be free of dog poop, garbage, branches, large rocks, etc., and there should be access to a power supply within 50 feet.
